At 11 am, March 19, The Behemoth announced on their Twitter Castle Crashers remastered is coming to PS4 and switch. Castle Crashers was first released on Xbox 360 back in 2008 and can be classified as a “beat em up” game. For those who don't know, it is a side scrolling action rpg on which you can bring up to four people to play up with.
Up until now, Castle Crashers was only on Xbox, PlayStation and steam and just recently, Castle Crashers remastered was first announced for Xbox one originally. Now that the game is on it's way, not only for PlayStation, but the Nintendo Switch, makes it another huge deal for Nintendo. It proves that developers and customers want to have fun with the switch, and what game better than Castle Crashers.
Remasters seems to be a new fad in these current years of gaming. With games like Resident evil 2, Crash Bandicoot 1,2,and 3, Dark souls and much more being remastered, it shows that people want to relive what made them have fun and possibly started their love in games.
